A commitment and passion for learning and leadership has been the common thread for us through nearly every facet of our careers in the hospitality world, and we've done it all: we've run huge regional programs for national chains, bussed tables, hand-selected wine from vineyards in Italy, and changed the lightbulbs.
Through it all, we've soaked up every bit of knowledge possible and learned how to evaluate trends and implement technology in a way that feels manageable and--dare we say it--fun.
Today, we partner with restaurants, bars, wine shops, and other hospitality-adjacent businesses (think a book shop that's interested in adding a small cafe to build community) to share what we've learned over the years.
